The property offers a great number of opportunities for both relaxation and activities:
- Secluded areas in the 10.000 sqm large garden with deck-chairs, chairs and tables
- Large terrace close to the reed / waterside for sun bathing and relaxation
- Footbridge with two sailing / rowing boats that are for free disposal for our guests
- Swim-ladder at the footbridge
- BBQ-area with an idyllic view of Lebbiner and Jasmunder Bodden
- For the children: a playground with a sandpit, lots of toys and a swing

- Fishing (good fishing directly from the footbridge and in nearby waters, for instance pike, eel, sole and others)
